We know just how overwhelming planning a wedding can feel, and that’s exactly why we’re here. At Lake Henry, we make sure you’re never alone throughout the journey. Alongside everything included in your 3-day wedding package, we’ll support you at every step with our experienced team and dedicated coordinators.
From your very first enquiry to your wedding weekend, the team and I will guide you with expert advice, trusted supplier recommendations, and hands-on coordination, so everything runs seamlessly and you can relax and truly enjoy your special day.

We will begin piecing together the vision of your perfect wedding day, making sure we fully understand your dream
We will sit down with you to finalise your wedding plans, bringing all your ideas and vision details together.
Take in every minute as your wedding day unfolds with the confidence that our wedding team are dedicated to making your day as you envisaged and coordinating every aspect leaving you to enjoy the celebrations.
We would love for you to come along for a viewing to see what Lake Henry has to offer. At this viewing we can then discuss our available dates with you & provide lots more information about the venue and what is included.
We have a minimum adult day guest number of 80 guests. The maximum seated day guest number is 138 and we have a maximum evening guest number of 160. Please do get in touch for more information.
You and your suppliers are welcome to arrive from 12pm to begin setting up in the tipis. Please note that guest accommodation check-in is from 4pm, which gives you plenty of time to prepare before your guests arrive.
We will run through your ceremony and the flow of the day at around 3pm. We recommend having your full bridal party present, so everyone feels confident and comfortable for the wedding day.
Guests who are attending your wedding day only and are not staying in our accommodation may arrive from 1 hour before the ceremony, and no later than 40 minutes before the ceremony start time. Upon arrival, all guests will be asked to gather in the Wedding Village communal hub area, a member of our team will then come and lead everyone to the ceremony area as a group.
Check out is at 11am for both the Wedding Village and the Cottages.
We ask for final numbers at your final planning meeting which is 4-6 weeks before your special day.
Viewings take place throughout our season, usually on a Sunday after 1pm. Please email info@alexander-weddings.co.uk to find out our available viewing dates.
We have lots of great and trusted suppliers on our recommended supplier list but please do let us know if you would like to bring in your own as we’d love to welcome them at Lake Henry.
We would recommend checking all suppliers with our team before booking any supplier as some may have special requests that the venue can’t fulfil.
For the Wedding Breakfast, please choose from one of our selected approved. A minimum of 3 canapes per person and a 2 course seated wedding must be chosen. Our trusted caterers have a great variety of options from plated dinners to sharing boards. They also offer evening catering for later in the night. You have the option to choose our approved caterers or one of your own for the evening catering and night before catering.
